Kirsty and Emmet set out to build their dream home in Newtown Mount Kennedy. Inspired by Stone Seal’s craftsmanship on RTÉ’s Room to Improve, they envisioned a seamless, modern, and light-enhancing polished concrete floor. Initially discouraged by builders and contractors who raised concerns about potential issues, they sought expertise and confidence from Stone Seal to bring their vision to life.
They wanted a contemporary, seamless Coloured polished concrete floor that would enhance spatial perception, increase natural light reflectivity, and integrate efficiently with underfloor heating. Their goal was a high-end yet practical finish that would stand the test of time, remain low-maintenance, and be family-friendly.
