When Orla, a homeowner in Sligo, set out to renovate her coastal property on RTÉ’s Room to Improve, she envisioned a sleek and durable design that would complement her home’s contemporary design. However, the project faced several unique challenges due to the location and conditions of the site.

Additionally, the house featured two different floor levels, requiring precise planning and execution for a seamless finish.
